To keep costs low and momentum high. We do deep prep beforehand — understanding your business, aesthetic preferences, and goals through moodboards, brand pillars, and messaging. Most clients don’t need more than one round when we’re aligned up front. But if you’d like additional revisions, we’re happy to extend the timeline at an hourly rate.
Timely feedback is crucial. If feedback is delayed, your brand launch date will be pushed back by the same amount of time. This allows us to adjust for necessary revisions and ensures we’re delivering the best possible outcome.
Your brand kit is designed to be plug-and-play. You’ll be able to use your new visuals and messaging across social media, a website, marketing assets, packaging, and more.
Yes — we need your eyes and decisions throughout the day. We’ll check in with updates, feedback points, and final approvals. This is how we’re able to give you great results in a short timeframe.
We offer full brand strategy and custom brand design packages too for businesses looking for a larger scale. If you know you need more depth, messaging, or hands-on creative, we’re happy to talk about a path that fits your goals. The more bespoke, the more likely you will fit our Brand Book package which starts at $10k.
If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 7 days before your start date. We’ll move your project to the next available week. However, if we’re fully booked, you’ll need to wait for the next opening. Your deposit remains non-refundable, as it secures your spot and our team's time.
If you realize you need additional time, we offer extended project days at $125 per hour. While we recommend sticking to the 1-day schedule, we understand that adjustments may be necessary, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.
