You can choose to pay in full upfront or split your payment into two: a starter payment and a launch payment. To reserve your dedicated project week, we require a non-refundable $400 deposit, which is applied to your total project cost. This ensures our team is fully dedicated to your launch.
Aside from your discovery call, we’ll only need you available for feedback and communication during a specific window each day: 3 PM - 6 PM. This is when we conduct daily reviews via live calls or Loom videos. Your availability during this time is essential to keep the project on track within the 7-day window.
Timely feedback is crucial. If feedback is delayed, your project launch date will be pushed back by the same amount of time. This allows us to adjust for necessary revisions and ensures we’re delivering the best possible outcome.

We start with a proven framework and customize it with your branding, copy, and unique details from your Primal Brand. This approach allows for a high-quality, efficient build without starting from scratch.
We always recommend custom websites because they maximize marketing impact, tell your unique story, and increase long-term effectiveness. However, if budget is a concern, our starter sites offer a high-fidelity, well-designed option at a lower cost. The trade-off? You’ll be working with pre-selected industry-specific structures rather than a fully custom experience.

No—our process includes daily review rounds where you can submit revisions before launch. If you need further design or page changes after the project is completed, we offer monthly support packages. However, you’ll always have access to your client portal, allowing you to make simple edits (like updating text) on your own.
If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 7 days before your start date. We’ll move your project to the next available week. However, if we’re fully booked, you’ll need to wait for the next opening. Your deposit remains non-refundable, as it secures your spot and our team's time.
If you realize you need additional time, we offer extended project days at $125 per hour. While we recommend sticking to the 7-day schedule, we understand that adjustments may be necessary, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.
