Founder & Head of Design + Brand
Charlee is an expert UX & brand designer. Forged by her experience apprenticing under the top designers in the industry, she found a unique passion for bringing high level design thinking models typically gate-kept to tech- to all sizes and types of businesses.

She found that the brands that were the most successful, were the ones that were authentically human. Leading her to create the Human Branding Framework, which guides all projects that are completed at brandch.

Charlee has won globally against thousands of well known companies and designers for the best redesign of 2024 for her ability to champion hard decision making for rebrands. Leading a workshop on design thinking branding in her free time.

She’s a minimalist, a lover of reading sci-fi, black coffee and baking.
